The Central Jamaica Conference comprises the parishes of Clarendon, Manchester, and St. Catherine, with a membership of over 110,533 in 204 congregations.
The West Jamaica Conference comprises the parishes of St. Elizabeth, Westmoreland, Hanover, and St. James, with a membership of 101,302 in 228 congregations.
